Interdisciplinary artist Alejandra Vera is interested in the relationship we have with objects in our daily lives. Her minimalist and functional porcelain creations are inspired by nature and reconnect us with our environment. These prismatic candleholders are inspired by barnacles: small crustaceans that stick to underwater rocks, ship hulls, and other marine creatures. Have fun matching them in various ways to create unique and warm arrangements. The felted light they shine also reveals their subtle interior colours, delicately painted by hand.
