Within 10 days the stitching came out. I've contacted Simons as we don't have a site in Nova Scotia. Hopefully something can be worked out

Sizing if wrong. If you order online you only have 3 options: S/M, M/L or L/XL, but when I received them they clearly said XL size 13/14 on the slipper. They are cozy and warm however.
