How to Take Your Measurements

Follow the instructions below to take your measurements and find the clothing size best suited to your body.

Measurements schema

Collar
To measure a shirt collar to make sure it will fit comfortably, place the end of the tape measure at the centre of the top button and measure around the collar, finishing in the centre of the buttonhole.

Sleeves
With your elbow slightly bent, measure from the centre of the back at the base of the neck along the shoulder and down past the elbow all the way to your wrist.

Chest
With your arms at your sides, measure the widest part of the chest while keeping the tape measure under the arms and over the shoulder blades.

Natural Waist
Measure around your waist at its narrowest point, between the top of the hips and the bottom of the ribs.

Hips
Stand up straight with both feet together and measure your hips at the widest point.
