This gift card may be used at any Simons store and online at www.simons.ca.

Simply present your gift card at the sales counter at the time of purchase or fill in the appropriate fields on the Web Site. When paying online with a gift card, up to three cards at a time can be used per transaction. Please note that a gift card can be used for all in-store and online purchases, except for buying a new gift card.

Any balance may be applied to your next purchase. This gift card can be recharged. It cannot be redeemed for cash. Any remaining balance on the card is indicated on the receipt and can be checked at any Simons sales counter or at www.simons.ca. Please note that the gift card value is always listed in Canadian dollars.

The sale of a gift card is not taxable. When a gift card is used to pay for a purchase, it is treated as a payment method similar to cash. Therefore, sales taxes must be calculated on the price of each item sold before the value of the gift card is deducted.

Gift cards are excluded from all promotions. When a minimum amount is required to apply a promotional code, this amount must be reached before taxes and shipping fees excluding the gift cards.

The traditional gift card purchased online at www.simons.ca will be delivered for free within 4 to 7 business days in Canada.

The virtual gift card will be sent within one hour.

La Maison Simons Inc. cannot be held liable for the loss, theft, or unauthorized use of the card. This card has no monetary value until it is paid in full and activated by La Maison Simons Inc. Protect this card like cash.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
